Primary 4 celebrate Children's Book Week

Primary 4 enjoyed their class performance of the Pied Piper of Hamelin after reading different versions of this classic moral tale for Children's Book Week.

Garden Update

When we went on our holidays in June all the cabbage plants were looking healthy!

Until the caterpillars got at them and now there is only a leaf left!

Obviously the caterpillars don't like red cabbage!

But they love the green!

Here's the proof of those pesky caterpillars!!

In June our potatoes looked like this.. Flowering, green and healthy!! But over the Summer they got blight and died, this is just what happened to the potatoes in our novel, Under The Hawthorn Tree!
