Good luck to all our friends in Lochan Iuir who will be supporting Donegal in the All Ireland Football in Croke Park tomorrow! We hope you will be travelling home to Donegal with the Sam Maguire Cup!

Garden Update

When we went on our holidays in June all the cabbage plants were looking healthy!

Until the caterpillars got at them and now there is only a leaf left!

Obviously the caterpillars don't like red cabbage!

But they love the green!

Here's the proof of those pesky caterpillars!!

In June our potatoes looked like this.. Flowering, green and healthy!! But over the Summer they got blight and died, this is just what happened to the potatoes in our novel, Under The Hawthorn Tree!
